The Preserve
The Preserve, located on a serene oceanfront strip in North Bethany, Delaware features a natural buffer of preserved land that is unique to the North Bethany landscape. Winding streets and large majestic single family homes rise from the sand to create a truly luxurious community. The Freeman Companies was the land developer for this community that was conceived and finished in the early 1990′s.
The Cove
The Cove, a private marina community in North Bethany Beach, Delaware, offers the best of the Eastern Shore. It is bordered on the south by the Indian River Bay and surrounded by a protected, pristine shoreline with a lagoon running through the center of the community. All twenty-one single-family luxury homes are waterfront and offer distinctive custom designs as well as spectacular views and amenities including a pool and tennis court. Development and sales of The Cove began in 1995.
