New Leadership at Carl M. Freeman Companies Signals Bright Future for 64 Year Old Company

The Board of Directors of the 64 year old Carl M. Freeman Companies placed leadership and control of the company in the hands of Michelle D. Freeman by naming her President and Chair, while also announcing the promotion of Mike Reilly, a veteran Freeman employee and real estate professional who will serve as Chief Operating Officer responsible for day to day operations.

“I’m pleased to say that The Carl M. Freeman Companies are in a good place at this time, and I’m honored to serve in this new position on behalf of our employees and the Freeman Family. We are positioned for greatness in the coming years,” stated Michelle Freeman, who will begin her post at Chair/President beginning November 19th.

Mike Reilly, now responsible for the operations of the Freeman Companies which includes commercial real estate, development at Bayside and the golf course portfolio of the Freeman Companies is equally enthusiastic about the future.

“We have a renewed focused on efficient and effective business operations – but with an emphasis on exceptional customer experiences. This announcement brings other organizational changes, including expanded responsibilities for Doug Brown, VP of Development of the Freeman Companies, who will also leverage his many years of experience and expertise while serving as the Interim VP of Golf.
