May was an incredible month for Bayside with a wave of awards and recognition.

Bayside, a Carl M. Freeman Community, was honored with nine Regal Awards by the Home Builders Association of Delaware, a member of the National Association of Home Builders. The family beach and golf resort community won the prestigious Regal Awards for Best Print Ad, Best Event, Best Video, Best Billboard, Best Amenity Value, Best Exterior Merchandising, Best Image Campaign, Best Social Media Campaign and, for the third year in a row, Best Marketing of the Year. The Regal Awards have been recognizing excellence in Delaware for over 25 years, spotlighting outstanding achievements in the state’s home building Industry.

In addition to the 9 awards won in Delaware, Bayside also took home Best Amenity for 38 Degrees at the MBIA Max Awards and was recognized as the Best Pool Community in Ideal-Living’s Best of the Best Awards.
