Carl M. Freeman Companies and K. Hovnanian Homes held a groundbreaking ceremony for Tower Hill, a new home community located on New Road in Lewes, Delaware. Carl M. Freeman Companies selected leading national homebuilder, K. Hovnanian, to build their luxury single-family homes in this beautiful new community.

The groundbreaking was celebrated on November 18th, 2020 with members of Carl M. Freeman Companies and K. Hovnanian teams with a ceremonial first shovel of dirt.
